IT Deployment Manager – Network & Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Deployment Manager with a strong background in field technology, network engineering, and IT infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco Meraki, network switches, circuits, ISP coordination, vendor management, and go-live support, along with leadership experience overseeing field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure deployments across multiple locations.

• Oversee field technicians and network engineers during installation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Coordinate network circuits, ISPs, connectivity, and service activations.

• Manage and support Cisco Meraki network equipment, switches, and related infrastructure.

• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

• Plan and support go-live activities, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Track deployment schedules, dependencies, risks, and technical issues through project completion.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to field teams.

• Ensure deployment activities meet technical, operational, and quality requirements.

• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues during deployment and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in field technology, network engineering, IT infrastructure, or technical deployment roles.

• Experience managing Cisco Meraki, network switches, circuits, and ISP services.

• Hands-on experience coordinating circuits and ISP installations/activations.

• Experience with vendor management and technical coordination.

• Experience supporting IT deployments and go-live activities.

• Leadership experience overseeing field technicians or technical teams.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in radiology centers, healthcare environments, or medical facilities.

• Experience with multi-site IT infrastructure deployments.

• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and technical teams.

• Knowledge of network connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and deployment best practices.
