Duties and Responsibilities

• General support oversight with a customer focus on availability communications, focus on ensuring prompt support engagement for ALL issues, esp. Sev2/Sev1 issues.
• Maintain general awareness of A2A business applications, esp. availability.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for spend entry.
• Create an efficient and transparent process for Spend coordination.
• Maintains operational logs and journals, including monitoring data.
• Exposure to different pieces, once being technical pieces and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.DataPowe
  
• Understand the structure and ensure general availability requirements of A2A Infrastructure.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST).
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
