Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business needs and requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and other analysis techniques.
  
• Develop clear, concise, and well-documented requirements specifications.
  
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new or modified systems.
• Design solutions that meet business requirements, considering technical feasibility and constraints.
  
• Develop use cases, user stories, and other documentation to support requirements gathering.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Knowledge of programming languages or development methodologies (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance).
