Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
• Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that support strategic objectives
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective resolutions
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end users
• Document system configurations, workflows, processes, and updates
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal IT policies and industry regulations
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate system upgrades, maintenance, and support services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT analysis, system support, or a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and supply chain technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
