Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Isilon hardware, software, network connectivity, and file system access.
Enforce security policies, including user access controls and data encryption, on the Isilon cluster.
Apply firmware updates and software patches to maintain system stability, security, and functionality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Isilon configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

In-depth knowledge of Dell EMC Isilon storage systems and OneFS operating system.
Expertise in network protocols like NFS and CIFS.
Strong experience with storage management tools and interfaces.
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef and Puppet.
Strong understanding of data protection strategies and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a storage environment.
