Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions to manage mobile devices, apps, and PCs in an organization.
• Develop and maintain Intune policies and configurations to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Azure Active Directory, to provide seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams and end users on Intune features, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimize Intune performance to ensure efficient device management and application delivery.
• Stay current with Intune updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate risks related to mobile device management and data protection.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and solutions to complement Intune for comprehensive device management and security.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate Zoom with other systems and applications seamlessly.
• Take additional responsibilities and proactively work towards identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology, customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.
• Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
• ITIL Certification.
• 8+ years of Relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Tehnology, or a related field.
