Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for enterprise device management.
• Provide cross-platform support for macOS, iOS, Android, and Intel-based systems.
• Configure and manage device policies, compliance settings, and application deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support device lifecycle management and user onboarding.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to internal and external users.
• Utilize SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to document and communicate solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM administration.
• Experience supporting and managing Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Intel devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Intune administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience managing Mac laptops in an enterprise environment.
