Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop architectures and frameworks for IDP solutions that integrate AI models, OCR, NLP, etc.
• Design Models for efficient document ingestion, processing, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with onsite & offshore stakeholders to understand business requirements and author technical specifications for IDP systems.
• Engage iterative prompt engineering to achieve the desired digitization outcome.
• Implement document verification, validation, and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Integrate document intelligence solutions with existing Line of Business systems and applications.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Intelligent Document Processing technologies.
• Strong understanding of Azure and Open AI.
• Strong experience in iterative prompt engineering.
• Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience with database interaction (e.g., SQL Mongo DB/MSSQL Server) a plus.
• Experience in Power Platform is nice to have but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
