Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and system issues across MES, WMS, and ERP environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Develop scripts and tools using Python, Go, or similar languages to automate tasks and enhance system performance.
• Utilize SQL to manage, analyze, and troubleshoot databases for integration purposes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including integration specs, technical workflows, and user guides.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate and execute integration strategies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a support or integration engineering role, with a focus on system implementation and maintenance.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for database management and querying.
• At least 1 year of experience with Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Proven experience integrating and supporting enterprise systems (e.g., MES, WMS, ERP).
• Strong understanding of system dependencies and integration flows within manufacturing and enterprise environments.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and middleware tools.
• Basic knowledge of IT security, network architecture, and data governance.
• Experience in change management and user training for system rollouts.
