Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Program Lead with extensive experience in M&A IT Integration and Amdocs implementations. This role involves reviewing business and technical documentation for potential impacts, creating communication and program plans, and leading tasks to ensure Day 1 readiness and post-close migration activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional soft skills for enterprise collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integration initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with strategic timelines.
  • Manage Amdocs implementation and migration activities, ensuring technical integration aligns with business goals.
  • Design and communicate governance activities to monitor integration and separation processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with integration initiatives, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Assemble and nurture project teams, fostering cross-functional teamwork and ensuring clarity in task delegation.
  • Manage project communications and facilitate team and project meetings.
  • Proactively identify potential risks across multiple projects, establishing communication strategies to address them effectively.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project issues, collaborating with senior leaders to resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to define and implement processes for operational due diligence activities.

 

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industry experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment, with a proven track record of successful delivery of complex solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in M&A integration, divestiture activities, or large-scale technical integration programs.
  • 2 years of experience in establishing and executing transition plans and objectives.
  • 5 years of analytical or operational business experience, particularly in the telecom sector.

 

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of wireless telecommunications technologies and operations.
  • Proven experience with Amdocs implementations and IT integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with department leaders and mentor team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong influence and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
