Responsibilities

• Design, review, and optimize API and Middleware integration solutions.
• Lead the global API Architecture and Middleware team to implement integration projects.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, perform design reviews, and ensure testing compliance.
• Establish and document integration standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor integration teams, addressing skills gaps and fostering growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT systems and integration architecture.
• 7+ years with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x.
• 3+ years in software development (Java) and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in API management, cloud technologies, and DevOps (CI/CD, TDD).
• Experience managing offshore and remote teams.
