Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all instructional design and curriculum development for the assigned workstream.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the overall training strategy, plan, and deliverables, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and develop training materials specific to the assigned workstream.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of a comprehensive train-the-trainer program.
  • Support the creation and management of training activity work plans.
  • Oversee the development of training materials, including user manuals and other educational content.
  • Plan and coordinate all staff training for the duration of the project, supporting both in-person and remote team members.
  • Manage the review process for all training materials and documentation by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the technical writing team to maintain consistency and quality in training content.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Adult Learning, Training, Instructional Design, and curriculum development across various methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing technical training for ERP systems (Oracle or similar platforms) is required.
  • Experience creating training programs based on business processes and workflows to support user adoption and engagement.
  • Strong track record of successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple concurrent deliverables across complex workstreams within a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in designing and developing both synchronous and asynchronous training programs.
  • Deep understanding of the principles and practices of Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Change Management, and Project Management.
  • Proficient in using a variety of training tools and delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
