Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to create effective e-learning programs.
  • Develop engaging course content, assessments, and multimedia elements to support diverse learning styles.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and TechSmith Camtasia to create interactive and visually appealing online training modules.
  • Create storyboards and translate them into engaging web-based learning experiences.
  • Manage and optimize content delivery on Learning Management Platforms (e.g., Tovuti) to ensure a seamless learning experience for users.
  • Ensure that all e-learning content complies with SCORM and other relevant e-learning standards.
  • Incorporate User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles to enhance the usability and accessibility of e-learning modules.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite to support content creation and design.
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and gather feedback on instructional materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for e-learning design and implementation.

 

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with Learning Management Platforms and developing e-learning content.
  • Proven experience with instructional design and e-learning development, including familiarity with authoring tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software (e.g., TechSmith Camtasia).
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in e-learning environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
