Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer architecture and strategic planning teams to evaluate architectural approaches and propose solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
• Provide strategic architectural direction and ensure alignment with enterprise target state and roadmap across multi-year programs.
• Act as a bridge between the client’s infrastructure and application teams and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless communication, expectations management, and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying LEAN methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Deliver architectural insights and recommendations with clarity through excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain continuity of architectural discussions by contributing a top-down, long-term architectural perspective and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and initiatives.
• Participate in architecture governance processes, ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and help shape architecture policies and guidelines.
• Engage with the right internal or external stakeholders to remove roadblocks, ensure deliverable quality, and meet timelines.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and build consensus to drive architectural decisions forward.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong background in infrastructure architecture, cloud, or data center environments.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and strategic IT planning.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies with demonstrated success in driving process optimization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure platforms including on-premise data centers, cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions within a business context.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define long-term architecture goals and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience in building consensus and working collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Data Center Architect or Cloud Architect.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role with large enterprises.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or ITIL are a plus.
