Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage certificate renewals, T-Event validation, and agile patching for critical retail applications.
• Provide L2/SRE-level investigation, troubleshooting, and triage for incidents in QA environments.
• Oversee QA incident management and provide seamless handoffs for unresolved issues.
• Develop incident metric reporting and drive availability improvements.
• Support performance, chaos, and cloud testing efforts.
• Build availability metrics using both UI and scripted API calls.
• Analyze incidents to establish alerting, monitoring, and automated runbooks.
• Govern OpenShift usage, providing tuning consultation and efficiency recommendations.
• Develop self-healing scripts, automate maintenance tasks, and streamline event management.
• Oversee release orchestration, configuration automation, and real-time dashboards.
• Facilitate story development for QA stability objectives and deliver SLI/availability metrics in Dynatrace.
• Ensure scripts meet quality standards, performing design/code reviews.
• Document JIRA stories, oversee board delivery, and maintain SOPs for efficient QA operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure management, incident resolution, and automation.
• Expertise in OpenShift (OCP) tuning, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (Dynatrace), scripting, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of QA environments, performance testing, and release orchestration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate across teams.
