Responsibilities

• Oversee certificate renewals, agile patching, and incident management (L2/SRE level).
• Track and report on incident metrics, drive improvements, and assist with various testing efforts (Performance, Chaos, Cloud).
• Develop availability metrics, create monitoring solutions, and automate incident management and maintenance tasks.
• Govern OpenShift usage, optimize resources, and provide tuning recommendations.
• Lead release orchestration, configuration automation, and develop real-time release dashboards.
• Coordinate QA environment efforts, focusing on critical customer journeys and SLIs in Dynatrace.
• Ensure scripts meet standards, and document JIRA stories and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and implementing automated runbooks.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in incident management and automation for critical applications.
• Expertise in OpenShift administration and performance monitoring.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and performance/chaos/cloud testing.
• Proficient in availability metrics, CI/CD, and automation.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
