The Infrastructure Engineer / Lead is responsible for supporting, managing, and migrating data center environments while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations. This role involves hands-on experience with servers, networking, and storage, as well as coordination of hardware deployments and migrations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support data center operations with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Provision, rack, and coordinate deployment of servers, network devices, and storage hardware
- Perform hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
- Manage migration, deployment, and decommission of hardware
- Administer Windows servers and related infrastructure
- Utilize KVM-based remote access systems for management and troubleshooting
- Document processes, configurations, and updates clearly
- Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders for smooth operations
