We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support a diverse range of infrastructure technologies, including server systems, storage, virtualization, backups, and networking. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise and thrive in a collaborative, mature team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain both Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Support and assist in the transition from VMware to Red Hat OpenShift, with a strong preference for prior OpenShift experience.
• Administer Active Directory in both on-premises and Azure environments.
• Oversee storage systems, with a primary focus on Pure Storage.
• Manage Cisco UCS infrastructure and related hardware.
• Administer and monitor backup solutions, primarily Veeam, with the flexibility to evaluate and support alternatives like Castin, Trilio, and Commvault.
• Provide support for telecom systems (e.g., RingCentral).
• Assist with networking-related tasks, including SAN and UCS connectivity.
• Participate in network security initiatives and infrastructure diagnostics.
• Document systems, procedures, and configurations thoroughly.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in a similar infrastructure engineering role or the ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge and technical capability.
• Strong experience with:
  • Red Hat OpenShift (hands-on experience strongly preferred)
  • Linux and Windows Server administration
  • Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD)
  • Cisco UCS
  • Pure Storage (SAN)
  • Veeam backup solutions

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to other backup solutions: Castin, Trilio, Commvault
• Familiarity with additional storage platforms: NetApp, Synology, Pivot3
• Experience with RingCentral or similar telecom platforms

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education and/or certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure.
