We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Tower, and Terraform to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower, Ansible Automation Platform, and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration-as-Code (CaC) principles
- Experience designing reusable automation frameworks and playbooks
- Proficiency in automation across on-premises and cloud environments
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Terraform
- Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code modules for scalable and repeatable deployments
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure resources
- Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines
- Implement best practices for version control, testing, and governance of automation artifacts
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes
- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance and reliability
- Ensure security and compliance standards are incorporated into automation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower, Ansible Automation Platform, and Terraform
- Solid system administration knowledge (networking, databases, Windows Server environments)
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services and automation
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
