Infra Support + Oracle DBA

Required Skills

• Oracle DBA certified in Oracle 11G, 12C, and 19C.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration and Level 3 production support.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, MSSQL Server, BigQuery, and SQL Server in cloud environments.
• Expertise in database troubleshooting, performance tuning, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with infrastructure teams including Unix, Storage, and Networks.
• Strong understanding of database migrations, hygiene improvements, and operational support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead database support activities during major incidents and technical bridge calls.
• Manage support requests, escalations, and production issues across critical applications.
• Troubleshoot complex database and infrastructure issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Unix, Storage, and Network teams for issue resolution.
• Drive database optimization, proactive improvements, migrations, and hygiene initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and database expertise to support and non-technical teams.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise database environments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat incidents and enhance operational efficiency.
