We are currently seeking a skilled Informatica Tech Lead to join our team. As an Informatica Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of Informatica-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Informatica development and a strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Informatica developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Informatica-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop ETL mappings, workflows, and processes using Informatica PowerCenter and other relevant Informatica tools.
• Perform data profiling, data validation, and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Monitor Informatica jobs and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimization techniques.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for Informatica development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Informatica solutions with other systems and technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest Informatica tools, features, and trends to enhance the organization's data integration capabilities.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new Informatica tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Informatica development, including hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Informatica PowerCenter or data integration are preferred.
