Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica IICS (Application Integration, Data Integration, Cloud Data Integration).
• Lead and deliver end-to-end ETL solutions from source to target systems across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Migrate legacy ETL solutions (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter) to Informatica IICS.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ETL designs.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data and integration issues.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data integration using Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Support data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives.
• Document technical specifications, mappings, and support materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in data integration and ETL development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration, and Data Synchronization).
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and migration to IICS.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and database platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, and streaming data sources.
• Experience in data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schema, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and best practices in cloud data management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
