Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Develop and enhance Informatica Mappings, Workflows, Sessions, and related components.
• Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries to support data extraction and transformation.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in ETL workflows.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Use QuerySurge and other tools to validate data accuracy and automate testing.
• Follow best practices and development standards to ensure consistency and quality across the ETL codebase.
• Work within a Windows environment and contribute to configuration and deployment processes.
• Apply knowledge of Kimball data warehousing methodology in designing dimensional data models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing data pipelines and perform root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ETL development experience in a data warehousing environment.
• At least 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter including developing mappings, sessions, and workflows.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with QuerySurge or similar data testing tools.
• Familiarity with Windows-based environments for ETL deployment and operations.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and data processing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and Kimball design methodology.
• Knowledge of testing tools and techniques, including automated data validation.
