Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze HR processes and requirements.
  • Assist in the technical implementation and configuration of HRIS systems.
  • Support data migration from legacy systems to the new platform.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on system functionality and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document implementation processes, configurations, and technical guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements.
 
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience with technical implementation of HRIS or other enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with the rollout of a new HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Experience in data migration, system configuration, and testing.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and implementation lifecycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in HRIS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
