We are looking for an experienced iManage SaaS Cloud Document Manager to provide technical support and issue resolution for legal users of our iManage SaaS Cloud document management platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iManage or similar legal document management software, knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, and strong skills in scripting and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve issues for legal users of the iManage SaaS Cloud document management platform.
- Support deployments and manage production incidents using ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting or similar tools for automation and reporting on vendor-specific platforms.
- Work within the Agile Delivery Model (ADM) and apply DevOps practices to enhance support and deployment processes.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams and manage tasks independently.
- Leverage experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for scripting and configuration tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with iManage products or similar legal document management SaaS Cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the Agile Delivery Model (ADM) and Agile practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Experience in supporting deployments and managing production incidents, including using ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or similar languages, and experience with Microsoft SCCM.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of remote teams.
