Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering, security, design, and escalated support of iManage DMS and related applications.
• Write scripts, code, and workflows to automate iManage platforms and improve operational processes.
• Provide Level III support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage tickets, and interact with external vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation of processes, knowledge, and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
• Administer, maintain, patch, and upgrade iManage applications in a Microsoft Windows/Azure environment.
• Work closely with Global IT teams to integrate AI systems and communication platforms with iManage Cloud, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Lead initiatives for enterprise-level projects and 3rd party applications, driving results with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the Senior Enterprise Applications Architect to leverage iManage cloud automation for increased firm revenues.
• Assist the QA team with testing, defining test cases, and ensuring smooth functional end-user testing.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with hands-on experience in iManage installations, upgrades, and administration.
• Proficiency in iManage DMS, scripting, coding, and workflow automation in Microsoft Windows/Azure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in project leadership and coaching junior engineers.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their integration with document management systems.
