Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of developer experience platforms and internal portals.
• Apply enterprise design patterns and automate processes for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align platforms with developer needs.
• Develop scalable, maintainable code and implement best software development practices (code reviews, testing, and documentation).
• Mentor junior developers, offering technical leadership and guidance.
• Continuously improve the developer experience by identifying and addressing pain points.
• Stay current with industry trends to ensure our platforms remain innovative.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with developer platforms and tools.

Required Skills

• Experience with tools like Harness, Backstage, and Cortex for automating deployment and integration.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployment.
• Familiar with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog to monitor platform health and performance.
• Use of SonarQube and Snyk to ensure high-quality code and security.
• Proficiency with Confluence or Notion for documentation and team collaboration.
