We are seeking an experienced Identity Security Architect & Product Engineering Lead to design, engineer, integrate, and operationalize enterprise identity security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity security architecture, modern authentication protocols, and enterprise security product engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise IAM architectures and identity security solutions.
- Develop and manage identity and access management capabilities, including SSO, MFA, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Engineer, integrate, configure, and operationalize security products such as Sgnl.ai, PlainID, CrowdStrike Identity Protection, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design and implement Zero Trust security strategies and identity-centric security controls.
- Support Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), attack path analysis, and identity risk assessment initiatives.
- Develop and implement authorization frameworks, Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), and risk-based authentication solutions.
- Integrate identity security platforms with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and existing security ecosystems.
- Leverage APIs, identity protocols, automation, and cloud-native technologies to streamline identity security operations.
- Translate business and security requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with security, architecture, product engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise security initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to enterprise identity transformation programs and continuous security improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong expertise in IAM architecture and identity security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Knowledge of identity federation and modern authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Identity Security Product Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Sgnl.ai, PlainID, and CrowdStrike Identity Protection.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Proven ability to engineer, integrate, configure, and operationalize enterprise security products.
Security Architecture
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and identity-centric security.
- Knowledge of Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR).
- Experience with attack path analysis and identity threat mitigation.
- Understanding of authorization frameworks, Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), and risk-based authentication.
Engineering and Integration
- Strong product engineering and solution delivery experience.
- Experience integrating security platforms with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, identity protocols, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
