Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate iCertis problems.
• Implement advanced configurations within the iCertis platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoots complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of iCertis data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for iCertis platform issues, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience with MS Word development mode.
• Familiarity with Contract Types and Templates as implemented in the iCertis platform.
