IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Contact Center network topology and call flow analysis (Genesys).
• Coordinate with tech partners, Avaya, network teams, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and identify root causes efficiently.
• Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in design, development, and analysis using IBM middleware: IIB/ACE, WebSphere MQ, DataPower, API Connect, WTX, and WSRR.
• Develop and manage SOAP/REST web services, MQ, HTTP interfaces, and message flows.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, routing, and integration aligned with insurance business rules.
• Experience integrating with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek).
• Configure DataPower components: WS-Proxy, Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), XML Firewall, Crypto Profiles, Load Balancer Groups.
• Support production deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise integration, security standards, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint deliverables.
