Job Summary:

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management Office.
• Should have been in the role of IAM PM.

Technical Skills:

• Requires thorough understanding of Security services especially IAM related processes and technologies
• Previous experience on handling AM/Authentication projects is must
• Strong understanding of a client’s business, technology and process needs.
• Will participate in leadership presentations to the customer.
• Expertise in planning and executing IT infrastructure & support projects
• Proficient in developing systems with ability to enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness
• Managing customer centric technical operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
• Good Understanding of IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation & identity access management
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Technology:

• MS Project (expert)
• MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Oracle Identity & Access Manager
• Should have been in the role of IAM PM.

 Education qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.

 Certifications Needed:

• Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
