Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale IAM projects, including Active Directory implementations, migrations, and integration of IAM solutions across various systems.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IAM solutions.
  • Track the status of infrastructure requests (e.g., servers, networks, virtual machines, configuration items) and ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and decision-making.
  • Manage project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to avoid delays or project failure.
  • Provide executive-level status updates and briefings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project, summarizing timelines, deliverables, resource allocations, and project risks.
  • Ensure that project plans are accurate and reflect the true status of deliverables, timelines, and any risks or roadblocks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM, including Active Directory, identity management solutions, and access control systems.
  • Ensure that project milestones and iterations are completed in a timely manner, adjusting plans and priorities as necessary to meet business objectives.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale IAM and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) components, terminology, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing Active Directory implementations, IAM migrations, and integrations.
  • Extensive experience coordinating complex IT infrastructure requests across multiple workstreams (servers, virtual machines, networks, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Jira for managing Agile projects, sprints, and tasks.
  • Expertise in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for status reporting and stakeholder briefings.
  • Experience managing IAM-related projects and teams with a deep understanding of Active Directory, IAM tools, and security standards.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus, as it often requires specialized knowledge of compliance, regulations, and security standards.
