Job Duties

• Establish and adhere to UAR practice and process governance.
• Collaborate with the IAM technology manager and program managers to optimize processes and campaigns.
• Ensure UAR quality and integrity of newly onboarded applications.
• Execute reconciliation exercises to ensure complete user populations are covered in UAR scope.
• Support the Compliance team through staging and launching planned UARs.
• Support process and technical troubleshooting efforts relative to UAR application onboarding, staging, and active
  campaigns.

Required Experience/Skills

• 6+ years of project or program management experience.
• 6+ years of experience evaluating or designing security controls related to identity and access management.
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and contextual feedback to the Engineering team.
• Comprehensive understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO, Cobit, and PCI DSS frameworks.
• Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft
  SharePoint, PMP and/or Scrum certification a plus.
