We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead to act as the primary point of contact (POC) for Identity and Access Management activities for a key client in Austin, USA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across IAM technologies and proven experience in leading teams, managing delivery, and engaging with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary POC for all IAM-related activities for the client
- Act as the Delivery Manager for IAM operations and initiatives
- Lead and coordinate IAM teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across IAM processes
- Facilitate and lead technical discussions with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Act as a technical coordinator between multiple IAM teams within the account
- Engage with clients regularly, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains
- Hands-on experience with: Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), SailPoint, Privileged Access Management (PAM) , Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / SME in IAM
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making
