Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and providing the SME level support for IAM Services and infrastructure. 
• Provide the Level 3 support. In understanding the Technical solutions to support the client Integrations and rolling out higher environments.
• Serve as an expert on IAM applications and provide technical support.
• Integrate IAM systems with custom and third-party applications via APIs.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience on the RedHat Linux Operating System hosted In-house & Cloud Infrastructure.
• Webservices experience SOAP, REST, and testing tools Postman and Soap UI.
•  Experience with any of the DevOps Tools for automation and monitoring. (Ansible, Splunk, AppDyanamics, Sensu, JIRA, RLM, IBM Tivoli)
• Knowledge of the Mobile, Web, and Server API Interfaces.
• Database experience will be helpful (Oracle, LDAP, MongoDB)
