Required Skills

• Strong experience with IAM solutions, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ, along with Okta.
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM platforms with AWS infrastructure (Azure exposure is a plus).
• Solid Java development skills for SailPoint customizations and enhancements.
• Experience working with Active Directory (AD) and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with JIRA for backlog tracking and issue management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client’s IAM team on daily and weekly assigned tasks.
• Manage and resolve items from the SailPoint IdentityIQ JIRA backlog.
• Develop, debug, and enhance Java-based code within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Customize and maintain rules, workflows, and connectors in the SailPoint environment.
• Support release management, including code tagging and preparation for production deployments.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, quality, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with internal and client engineers to optimize IGA and access governance capabilities.
• Provide post-deployment support, including bug fixes and issue resolution.
• Continuously address backlog issues, enable new features, and improve system stability.
