Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with client teams to deliver daily and weekly IAM tasks.
• Manage and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ backlog items in JIRA.
• Develop, debug, and enhance Java code within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Modify and maintain custom rules, workflows, and connectors.
• Support integrations with Active Directory and Okta.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Prepare and promote releases to production environments.
• Provide post-deployment support, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience integrating and managing Okta
• Proficiency in Java development and debugging
• Experience with Active Directory (AD) integration
• Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure environments
• Experience using JIRA for backlog and sprint management
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, access certifications, workflows)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Onshore and Offshore teams
