Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and manage IAM frameworks using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and SSO technologies.
• Implement MFA, conditional access, identity protection, and RBAC.
• Configure and support SSO with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Integrate SSO with cloud and on-premises applications.
• Enforce security best practices and ensure IAM compliance with standards (e.g., PCI, NIST).
• Conduct risk assessments and access reviews, and automate IAM workflows.
• Troubleshoot IAM and SSO-related issues, and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Maintain IAM documentation and report performance/issues to management.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and SSO.
• Proficient in SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with MFA, conditional access, and Active Directory architecture.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI, NIST).
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
