Key Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate physical and logical architecture across various environments.
• Document source and target systems, including integration connectors and details.
• Analyze user onboarding processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Review request and approval workflows, provisioning, reporting, audits, authentication/authorization journeys, MFA, 3rd party access, and privileged admin lifecycle.
• Conduct an end-to-end review of processes or specific business functions, developing a comprehensive taxonomy.
• Identify areas with high security risks.
• Identify key work processes for transformation using existing IAM solutions.
• Assess critical customizations that may not be compatible with the rationalized solution.
• Present industry best-in-class solutions for the design elements and work processes slated for transformation.
• Analyze potential gains from IAM solution rationalization, transformation, or replacement.
• Evaluate value for business alignment, including time to market, user experience, security, compliance, Zero Trust enablement, and availability.
• Create a project plan for implementation, detailing scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) approach, phases, and high-level schedule.
• Identify and recommend medium- and large-scale changes, target use cases, enhancements, and integration touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IAM-related roles.
• Strong knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Proficiency in Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies.
• Proven experience as an IAM Business Analyst focused on solution design and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
