Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IAM systems and processes, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Support the implementation and configuration of SailPoint IAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Participate in IAM system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to understand the underlying architecture and dependencies of IAM solutions.
• Conduct testing of IAM systems, including user acceptance testing and regression testing, to ensure functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Assist in training end-users and support staff on IAM tools and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a must.
• Proven experience with SailPoint IAM solutions.
• Infrastructure background with a solid understanding of system architecture and security protocols.
• Experience with system upgrades and implementation processes.
• Familiarity with Content Delivery systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
