Roles and Responsibilities

• Provides support and technical assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart View for Planning and Essbase / Reporting.
• Ensure smooth month-end close and forecast/outlook cycles through close partnership with Finance and IT business partners.
• Troubleshooting Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and user challenges related to Hyperion applications.
  
• Coordinating offshore team and distributing work and assisting the team with any required information.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Hyperion Planning incidents.
• Hands-on Run STAGE builds and validating changes.
• Work on business requests for monthly metadata updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with all aspects of Oracle system implementation including requirement gathering, application design, implementation, support, and training.
• Strong technical expertise in developing artifacts Member formulas, Calculation Scripts, Forms, Rules, report scripts, variables, MDX queries, and MaxL scripts.
• Experience with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation Providing application support handling of Month End Close Process.
• Strong proficiency and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Hyperion Essbase.
