Key Responsibilities

• Use in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud Applications to design and develop solutions that improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes.
• Develop and utilize Python, Groovy, APIs, and EPM Automate to automate data administration tasks, enhancing efficiency in FP&A processes on a global scale.
• Perform system integration, performance testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet requirements and function seamlessly.
• Provide ongoing support for on-premise systems as they are migrated to the EPM Cloud; handle data load processes using FDMEE for Hyperion Planning and HFM applications.
• Assist end users with system-related inquiries, issues, and training to ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
• Support month-end closing activities, metadata updates, financial report updates, and other related tasks.
• Oversee system administration for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications, including configuration and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle EPM products, including Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management suite (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Narrative Reporting (NR)).
• Proven experience in at least two full-scale, hands-on implementations of EPM Cloud products, including EPBCS, FCC, EDM, and NR.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud technologies, including ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Load Rules, MAXL, and MDX.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging HFM rules and developing financial studio reports.
• Strong scripting skills, including Python, Groovy, Batch, and PowerShell for automating processes.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and various consolidation methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, Data Integration Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
• Understanding of IT security concepts, including access controls and change management.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases and SQL language is a plus.
• Familiarity with Smart View for data analysis and reporting.
