Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Hyland OnBase platform (Fiserv Nautilus), ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Work with all aspects of document management, including Ingestion/Capture, Management, Storage, and Retention across supported applications.
• Implement and enhance capabilities such as Workflow, OCR, Document Generation, eSignature, and Third-Party Collaboration.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to interact with the OnBase database for data extraction, reporting, and system integration.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automating system tasks, managing deployments, and ensuring smooth OnBase operations.
• Manage OnBase installations and related components on Windows Servers, ensuring they are properly configured and optimized for performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with OnBase development and customization, including knowledge of all document management features.
• Familiarity with document ingestion, capture, management, workflow, OCR, and retention.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Experience in Windows Server Administration, with a solid understanding of server configuration and management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues related to OnBase and document management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OnBase Workflow and integration with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Fiserv Nautilus platform.
• Knowledge of document imaging, eSignature solutions, and document generation.
