Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain OnBase solutions using Unity scripts (C#) and OnBase APIs.
• Build and support complex, high-volume approval workflows and automated business processes.
• Analyze and modify logic in existing applications; develop new program logic for custom solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation of OnBase applications.
• Incorporate development standards and contribute to team deliverables under the guidance of senior developers.
• Support integrations with business applications, including Applied System’s Epic platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hyland OnBase development and enterprise content management.
• Strong proficiency in Unity scripting (C#) and using OnBase APIs.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient workflow solutions.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
