We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of HR experience and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of HR functions. This is a critical role that will support the HR team in various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate employee performance management, including performance reviews, feedback, and goal-setting processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
- Administer and manage various HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and training documentation.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or performance issues and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and inform management of any necessary changes or updates.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Implements key Talent Management initiatives i.e. performance management, promotions, competency development, High Potential identification & deployment, rewards & recognition, career planning, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Proven experience with recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
