Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of HR tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making hiring recommendations
  • Onboard new employees and help them get up to speed on their roles and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and legislation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR generalist work
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Experience with a variety of HR tools and technologies, such as HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
