Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform workforce analytics using UKG data extracts and Excel
  • Analyze complex pay, time, and attendance scenarios
  • Reconcile large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support compliance-related reporting and workforce insights
  • Deliver quick turnaround analysis in a short-term engagement
  • Interpret UKG data (extract and analyze, no configuration work)
Required Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable):
    • Pivot tables
    • Complex formulas
    • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
    • Data reconciliation
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in pay/time complexity
  • Hands-on experience with UKG (reporting and data extraction only)
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail and comfort with compliance-sensitive data
Preferred Skills
  • VBA or Excel automation experience
  • Experience with overtime compliance analysis
  • Exposure to rest break / labor law-based pay adjustments
  • Leave of Absence (LOA) experience (nice to have for future scope)
