Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support full-cycle HRIS implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure and manage HR, payroll, benefits, and IT workflows within Rippling.
  • Administer payroll processes, tax configurations, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee benefits setup, carrier connections, and ongoing administration.
  • Manage application integrations and IT automations to streamline HR and operational processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and best practices.
  • Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, process guides, and client training materials.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Deep hands-on configuration experience in at least two of the following Rippling areas:
    • Full-cycle implementation
    • Payroll & tax administration
    • Benefits administration & carrier connections
    • App management & IT automations
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and payroll operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a SaaS-based HRIS platform environment.
  • Background in HR, payroll, or HR technology consulting.
  • Relevant HRIS, payroll, or HR certifications are a plus.
