Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer HP Network Automation (HPNA) tools and platforms in a global enterprise setting, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and support various network and voice devices, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, and modern PBX components such as call managers and voice gateways.
• Utilize and support network management protocols and enterprise infrastructure services, including SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DNS, AAA/LDAP, and API integrations.
• Implement and optimize network automation workflows using Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Develop and maintain basic scripts (Python or Shell) to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Apply basic knowledge of Enterprise Linux systems and collaborate with infrastructure components, including servers, hypervisors, containers, storage solutions, and authentication methods.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in managing and administrating HPNA in an enterprise or global environment.
• In-depth understanding of network and voice devices/components.
• Familiarity with network management protocols and enterprise services (e.g., SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DNS, AAA/LDAP, API).
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Linux systems.
• Previous experience with enterprise infrastructure components such as server operating systems, hypervisors, containers, storage, and network components.
• Proven experience with Agile/DevOps network automation workflows.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or Shell.
