Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Provide remote support and assistance using remote access tools
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
